Terms of Service

1. The service

Fundinn helps Norwegian businesses see what should be fixed first to become more visible in Google and AI answers. The service may include reports, a customer portal, data sources, visibility measurements and prioritized recommendations.

Free report is a limited assessment without an ongoing subscription. Vekst is a paid subscription with broader measurement, more frequent updates and access to the customer portal.

2. Account and authority

You may only analyse websites you own or are authorised to analyse. You are responsible for keeping sign-in access secure and for providing accurate information.

3. Payment and billing

Payment is handled by Stripe. Price, billing period and included features are shown at checkout or in the agreement that applies to the customer. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

If payment fails, we may pause access to paid features until the outstanding amount is paid. Price changes are announced before they take effect.

4. Withdrawal and cancellation

Consumers have withdrawal rights under Norwegian consumer law where applicable. You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period unless mandatory law or a separate agreement gives you stronger rights.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not analyse websites you do not own or are not authorised to analyse.
• Do not attempt to bypass access control, payment limits or technical restrictions.
• Do not resell or repackage Fundinn as your own product without written agreement.
• Do not use the service for unlawful activity or to harm other systems.

6. Third parties

Fundinn uses providers including Supabase EU, Hetzner, Google, Stripe, Resend, LLMrefs and DataForSEO to deliver the service. Errors or delays from these providers may affect the service. Google access can be revoked by the customer at any time.

7. Liability and limits

Fundinn recommendations are decision support, not a guarantee of better rankings, more customers, higher revenue or mentions in AI answers. Results must be measured over time and also depend on work done by the customer or helpers acting for the customer outside Fundinn.

To the extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount the customer has paid for the service over the last 12 months. We do not limit liability that cannot be waived under Norwegian law.

8. Changes

We may change the service and these terms. Material changes are announced before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date is considered acceptance.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall first be addressed through dialogue. If that does not resolve the matter, the venue is Follo and Nordre Østfold District Court unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
